I'm a game blogger. I'm not quite sure what that means but I'm figuring it out, give me time. I will get better at this. Also I have a YouTube channel as well. I dunno, it could be fun. Join the party!

Return to Fazbear
So you have that to look forward to. I'm not sure when that theory will be put out but I'm hoping it's be before Halloween seeing how Scott is threatening to not open the box on Halloween since we didn't figure it out.
That's my little update for now. We'll see how far this actually goes but I have a feeling that I'll see this through until the end. But until next time thanks for reading and I'll see you real soon! Bye now!

The Blog is Dead, LONG LIVE THE BLOG!
I've been lacking on my YouTube channel, but not nearly as much as I've been lacking here. I don't really have an explanation for either other than that I guess I haven't really felt inspired.
That being said, I did find inspiration the other day. I started working on a project that I'm going to be keeping top secret but that I'm hoping to get done by October 21st. That is a very tentative date so don't sue me if I'm wrong. But also on top of that I came up with a second project that I've been working on that I should be uploading to YouTube tomorrow!! If all goes well..which it should! *fingers crossed*
I guess the final bit I'm going to say is that this blog does seem pretty much dead. It seems I post every couple of months, if that. But looking at the numbers there appears to be at least one person that checks in at least semi regularly. Thank you one person for not giving up on me! I'm going to try to post more often but it might not all be gaming stuff. But gaming will still be here..if I post. It just might sometimes take a back seat to other things. We'll see. It's time to figure things out again.
Oh well! This should be fun! Thanks so much for sticking with me and for reading and I'll see you soon!!

Scott!! Nooooo!
Well plans went askew. Scott released fnaf 4 the day I planned to start playing fnaf 1 through 3. So I'm gonna play that first so I can stay up to date. I have the first episode recorded and will edit it after the weekend. (Or tomorrow) so keep an eye out for that!
See you soon!

I'm Borderline crazy
I finally made another pun! Since I know how popular puns are, the fact that I make them proves I'm Borderline crazy.
....If you still don't get it it might help to know that the name of this game is Borderline. It's one of those infinite runner games that are so charming but also so annoying. But unlike the popular ones like Temple Run, this game is extremely minimalistic.
your path is shown by a line (not always a straight line) in the screen and by touching the screen you can either hover a set distance to the left or right of the line. And you just go on forever trying to dodge various obstacles that are in your way. That's pretty much it other than some customizations that you can buy by spending "lives" that you can buy via real life money or that you can earn by randomly finding them in game or by earning a certain amount of points.
Overall, it's not an outstanding game but it is good for if you're stuck for an hour or two and have nothing better to do. But only if you're one of those people that need to always outdo themselves.
Well this has been another Mythical Review. Thanks for reading and I'll see you next time! Buh Bye!!!

Friday + Saturday
Monday : Review
Tuesday : Anything
Wednesday : Review
Thursday : Anything
Friday : Nostalgia Gaming
Saturday : Anything
Sunday : Anything
I only say anything because I don't know what else I wanna do with my blog. Now if it actually were yesterday I'd go into Nostalgia Gaming but since it's a Saturday I'll go into Anything which is....Nostalgia Gaming. I thought of doing a review but then I realized what "Anything" means.
So welcome to the corner of my mind where I look back on my gaming history with fondness. It might get scary here....
So the one game I always think of when I think of why my brother and I are so close is Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith. We would always fight each other and joke around and just have a swell time as we killed each other in game and beat each other up in real life.
This was a ps2 game and the story was single player, but it worked because my brother enjoyed watching me play (and laughing at my failures). The game had multiplayer options for versus, and also cooperative missions. Needless to say, my brother and I never played cooperatively. But we still had a good time.
Well that was Nostalgia Corner. Maybe it'll get better with time or maybe it'll fizzle out but it was a nice change of pace. Feel free to submit any nostalgic games of your own with your stories. I'd love to share them,. Talk to you tomorrow!! (If I don't imagine that I do and actually do.) Buh bye!!

I can poem!
Today will talk
about a game with tilt
....Poems are hard.
So now that I got ridiculousness out of the way now onto the actual review!
Again during my absence (or right before it, I forget which) I downloaded a game called tiltagon. It's a cute little game where you're a sphere living in a hexagonal prism's world. And you have to collect cubes to get points and move forward in the game...what I'm trying to say is there are a lot of shapes.
It's a cute game that uses your phone's gyroscope to allow you to roll around and it is so frustrating that it is fun! It's the kind of frustrating that makes you want to do well.
That's about it. I like the game. I don't like play it every day but it is charming.
Well this has been another Mythical Review. Thanks for reading and I'll see you next time. Buh bye!!

Two days in a row!!
During that long time I was absent from here I managed to play a few new games that I'll be reviewing and made plans to revamp the blog. I'll officially talk about the plans Friday. Now let's jump right into my first review in a long while.
But before I actually start the review, I'll be referencing a previous review I made about a game called Ingress so if you missed that then feel free to go take a look at that or not. It's your choice..free country and whatnot.
So the name of this game is Resources. Like Ingress and a lot of the reviews coming up, it is a mobile game. Unfortunately for Apple enthusiasts it is only available on Android products. (And I will not know if this is the case for every game I review so be warned.)
With only about 10 thousand downloads it is not a very well known game but it definitely has enough people playing it to keep it interesting. In fact, I joined a Google Hangouts chat of people who play here in the United States. So even though the numbers are small, the community is amazing...or maybe it's because of..who knows?
Now to gameplay. Just like Ingress, it is a gps location based game. Unlike Ingress where there are specific points you need to go to to play, Resources puts literally the whole world as fair play. In Resource you play as a CEO of a new company that you own (I'm Eggs Co. (long story) but feel free to look me up in game if you decide to try it out) and you go around using the gps in your phone to search for resources (go figure) like clay, limestone, iron, gold, etc. and you use those resources to craft products like bricks, concrete, steel, etc. to earn money and buid more factories and other buildings. So in essence it is a business simulator the uses your gps.
I've been playing for roughly a week and I've actually been having a blast. Although the nearest player to me is 4,000 miles from me, I still feel a connection to a community because of how friendly and helpful everyone is. Plus that means I don't have competition for resources around where I live.
I'd definitely give this game a good rating and would recommend it to my friends and you (if you have an android product)
So this has been another Mythical Review and man it feels good to be back. Thanks for reading and I'll see you tomorrow!

I'm back!
(I'd have put actual applause there but that's not in the budget!)
Now that I'm back, expect to see new content every day. I'm not sure if I'm going to have a specific time that I post every day but I will be posting every day. Starting tomorrow when I wrap up the Monday tournament. So I'll see you then!! :)

Monday update but late (again)
The past two weeks (since the first one was a fluke due to the fact I didn't update the question) there was a vote between mutants and cyborgs going on. Well mutants ended up grabbing the victory and making it into the finals! Woohoo for mutants!
Now for the final round I decided to make this round officially be two weeks of voting because I'm also figuring that when I start posting a lot more next week that maybe it'll draw some more attention here and therefore increase the number of votes as well so voting for the next round will last until May 11th. And the entities that you will be voting for (if you don't remember) are Ninjas and Mutants!
So get voting while I get to working on these papers for class and I promise I'll see you real soon!

Slowly but surely...
....But I don't know how I want to celebrate. And I had a lot of ideas for this post but I'm running out of ideas.
So instead I'm gonna say that I have test ran a few more games that I'm gonna review and also I'm planning on talking about some games I'm nostalgic about so I should be posting more often now than I have been recently.
See you all soon! Buh bye now!

Attack The Titans
Now, moving on to another Game Review (finally)
So recently I've been diving into the mobile gaming platform more than I'd like to admit. But I'm very picky with my mobile games. I've found a few flops but through my digging I found this gem that I wasn't able to just toss to the side. It's called Titan Tap and it is a beautiful made game. It is a two dimensional game and you don't even move. You just kill these monsters called Titans and every tenth Titan is a boss.
As you kill Titans you gain money which you can use to upgrade your character and hire/upgrade allies to help you defeat these Titans. And once you upgrade your character enough you gain the option to prestige which starts you back at level 1 with nearly everything reset but you gain a certain amount of a second currency called relics which you keep even when you prestige and you can use relics to buy certain bonuses that you keep even when you prestige.
Also periodically (usually at least once per week) there is a worldwide tournament where if you choose to participate you are forced to prestige even if you don't have that option yet. Then you earn a ranking depending on how many bosses you beat in a twenty four hour period.
Overall I really enjoy this game because even though it is simplistic and repetitive it still manages to keep things fresh and fun. If you find yourself having lots of free time (or just a few 15 minute breaks throughout the day) I'd recommend trying this game out because it's fun but you don't need to sit down for an hour at a time.
This has been yet another Mythical review, thanks for reading and I'll see you next time. Cheers! *clink*

BZZT! ....fuck.
So in short, last week's match up was a blow- out again. 3 to 0 in favor of Ninjas, and this week is Mutants versus Cyborgs. Have at it! And I'll see you next time!

The Grèn(Green) Air-oh(Arrow)
So anyway, I went to his profile after he commented and that's when I found out he had made a game and was self promoting. The name of his game is "Arrow Ambush" and I know it's in the Google Play Store although I don't know if it's in the ITunes store or not. (That's just in case you want to check it out yourself)
So I humored him and checked out his game. Now I'm here to be the game critic that I've (not) been trained to be.
You can very easily tell that this was one of this person's very first games and that it was also most likely a single person rather than a team because the layout is very basic, rather than similar games that have artwork and graphic designs that are made to draw the player's eye to specific areas of the screen. But for a game designer's first game it is decent. Basic, but decent.
The point of the game is to shoot arrows (by tapping anywhere on the screen) at a target area which is spinning. If you hit any arrows that are already in the target, then you lose. So it is a simplistic game, but it has potential if it is worked on and improved. My first change would be the art. I'm sorry that I'm acting so serious about the art but people don't really realize how seriously colors and lines can affect what people notice and are drawn to.
As I was playing, I noticed that my eyes, no matter where I forced them to look, drifted back towards the center of the screen. That's perhaps the worst spot for them, because the target is above that, and the arrow you're about to shoot is below that so you're focus is drawn to a point that is irrelevant to the game itself. I find that to be a huge drawback from the gameplay because if you have trouble focusing on the actual aspects of the game, how are you supposed to enjoy playing the game?
Another complaint I have is that this person needs to get more specific with hit boxes. For those of you that may not know what I meant, hit boxes are the area around object in a game that the program checks to see if anything is happening to that entity. Let's take a common game entity, a human. Picture a human in your head, in any stance you'd like. Now draw a rectangle around the human so that every part of the body is included. Just one rectangle. If that was a hit box in a game, then if an arrow was shot at your human, as long as the arrow made it in the box, it would count as a hit, even if the arrow didn't hit the body itself. (I'm not sure if I did a good enough job explaining hit boxes. If I didn't let me know and I'll dedicate an entire blog post to them)
That's what's happening in this game. The hit boxes on the arrows are slightly too big, so if you time it just right to get two arrows next to each other, as close as possible without touching it reads as if you hit the arrow and you fail. So the hit boxes could be a little more fine tuned than they currently are.
But that's not to say that this game is bad! It certainly has potential. The developer just needs to keep working on it and it could easily become a great game! Just keep improving.
Well this has been another Mythical Review (I'm to pick up the pace of these, and maybe video reviews too in the future. But neither of those will happen until after this semester ends, some point in mid-May so just stick with me! I'm not giving up on this!) Thanks for reading, and I will see you guys next time! Buh Bye!!!!

...It's kinda sad how excited I am, but hey thank you for voting! You're making me happy!
But I digress..It's time to announce the results of last week's match-up.

Vanish...ing (I dunno)
Right out of the gate I got startled by one of their jumpscare tactics that isn't even a danger to the player in game. But once I got into the game then it became a tad less frightening , but I account that to the fact that I've already seen a lot of gameplay footage of it and knew what to expect. So it may have affect my reaction to the game.
However overall it is still a good game. The scares are pretty much on point, the atmosphere is very creepy, and the monsters are very disturbing. The random generation of the map is very disorienting and frustrating, especially since the map doesn't make sense since the only part of the map that is truly set is what you can see and very little beyond that. But it is still a good game so if you're looking for a creepy game with a few scares to kind of ease your way into the horror game scene, the I belive Vanish is a good game for you.
This has been another Mythical Game Review. Thanks for reading and I will see you next time!!

It's a tie!
The coin flip landed in favor of the mutants. So mutants beat out aliens and are moving on. Moving forward I still want you to get more people to vote. It might seem weird to ask your friends about but it could definitely lead to some fun conversations. I'm recruiting my friends to vote too so maybe you could give a guy a hand...pretty please? With lots of sugar?
.....thanks! You're the best!
Now for this weeks match-up. This one is between two entities that are extremely similar, so I expect it to be a close race. This week is Cyborgs vs. Robots!
Let the battle commence!
Thanks so much for reading! I'll see you all next time! BYYEEE!

The Game of Life
....NOT!
The truth of the matter is that those "mature" people that take everything so seriously are still playing games. They're just not winning.
Everything is a game when you look at it from the right point of view, even life. In life you have different levels (childhood, school, college, work, etc.) and bosses (bullies, homework or grades, your actual boss, etc.) and the only way to win is to realize it's all a game and to just have fun. Enjoy playing your game, try to level up your character as highly as possible, but just like any game, you must never take it too seriously. Just relax and have fun, don't be a screaming noob.
Okay I think that about fills my seriousness quota for the year so thanks for reading! I hope you enjoyed my ramblings, and I will see you next time! Byee!!

G mod. I'm too tired for this..
Anywhoodles, I finally downloaded G-Mod and it is the most awesome game ever! Especially sandbox mode.
That's it. If any of you have G-Mod I'd love to play with you guys. Or any other games. Feel free to talk to me and I'd love to play online with you!

Monday Madness Update
However, moving forward I will have homework for you. I don't just want you to vote, I want you to get your friends to vote, your family to vote, even you pets to vote! (Maybe, I dunno how that'd work) Figure it out! I want more interaction with you but you need to contribute too.
Also sorry about being kinda like a ghost the past few days, I've just been so busy. I won't go into detail here but if you're that interested, I posted a video explaining everything and also intriducing this week's face off.
So now, without further ado (for those of you who didn't go to the video to hear what the face off for this week is) this week's challengers are.....
......Mutants!
ANNNDDDDD.....
....Aliens!
As always think of this however you want, it is completely up to you, and choose! Thanks for reading, thanks for voting (I hope) and I'll see you next time! Byyeee!!

Bad decisions make good games?
...unless I don't find anything to write on Friday, then this is my Friday post and screw Thursday, someone erased Thursday from my calendar.
So I finally found some free time at college today to download and play a game of of Gamejolt. And I picked the game I did for a very specific reason. The title seemed to just call out to me because it sounded like such a bad idea. The game's title is "Follow the Darkness." As far as I've ever seen, following the darkness will only ever lead to your doom so this seemed like a necessary game for me to try out.
Made with RPGmaker (which I have dabbled with lightly in the past) it's a very simple, straightforward game. The scenery seems to have a lot of detail, but the game just gives you everything as far as I've seen so far. The story is point to point, with no secret bits to find or any kinda special treats for exploring your environment.
Also when you start the game, be ready to read a lot. the first 12 to 15 minutes are mostly dialogue. I understand it's needed to give the story a foundation to build off of, but come on! 15 minutes of talking in a game? It just seems a little ridiculous to me.
Anyway, I can't really give a review on the full entire game cause I haven't played all the way through at the moment. The website said the average time to play through was about an hour and I've only played through roughly 40 minutes of it, but it does seem like a good game (aside from being excessively chatty) so if you're bored, maybe you should check this game out.
Well this has been another Mythical Review. Thanks for reading again, and I'll see you all next time! Stay awesome everyone!

Game Jolt and other stuff.
This week's been a scramble for me. Super busy between school, work, family, my YouTube channel, and this. But I'm still having lots of fun. So I'm hoping to get caught up on everything within the next few days.
I recently found and registered to gamejolt (weird, you'd think I'd have known about this place beforehand) and it is the best place ever! I love it and I can't wait to actually try some of the games from there out! Having dabbled in game development a bit myself, I really look forward to seeing what the indie community is gonna throw at me!
So yeah, that's about it...busy..catching up...getting back to gaming soon.
....yeaahhhh...
...you're still here? That's it. I'm done
...
...
...oh! I forgot to do the thing! Okay now I get it.
This has been MythOfAchilles with a random update! Thanks for reading, and stay awesome! Now get outta here! (Or stay. I got some fun stuff here.)

Forge Fiasco
But along with this lack of time for research comes the lack of time for gaming. So unfortunately I'm not even technically reviewing a full game today. This "review" is more of a rant about how much I don't really like Minecraft Forge.
Forge is supposed to be an easy way to plug and play with add-ons to Minecraft. So I figured I'd try a few mods and review them and also use those mods for some YouTube videos. You know, kill two birds with one stone. But after two and a half days of trying to figure it out, I just can't. Some of it was my fault, and some of it wasn't.
When I first installed Forge, I accidentally installed the most recent iteration of Forge. This was my own fault for why it didn't work because none of the mods were made to work with the most recent version, but rather for the version before. So that explains that. After I realized that mistake I did what makes sense to do. I installed the correct version of Forge for the mods.
Then it stopped working. I tried opening Minecraft with this version of Forge and it wouldn't even open. At least with the newest version of Forge, Minecraft worked. And I've been trying to figure out how to make it work since Sunday. So I dunno what to say. I guess I've just about given up at this point. So that's my feelings on Minecraft Forge. It's a great concept, but it sucks. Probably just for me though.
Well this has kinda been another Mythical Review. Thanks for reading and I'll see you next time! Stay awesome!

Monday Showdown
So last week was a bit lackluster. We only had one person vote. But thank you to that one person! You decided that ninjas were more awesome than pirates!
Now for this week's showdown. You get to decide between Vampires and Zombies! Again, think of this however you want! Just vote please!
Thanks for reading and I'll see you all next time! Stay awesome!!

I'm really bad at this...
:( I'm really sorry again, I'm bad at this!
...HEY! Don't call me mean names! I don't see you offering any help. This is a lot of work for one person!
No, no. Don't offer help now. It's too late for that.
...now that I got that out of my system, here's why I don't have any content. I've been researching this theory I have about Five Nights (I know...but wait! This one's real good!)
So, instead of an analysis or review, today I'll give you a teaser on my theory. If my theory is right, we'll learn who was bitten in 1987, who Jeremy and Mike are, and we'll lose a character from the roster of characters. Again, that's only IF I'm right. I still don't have all the facts, so we'll see.
In other news, I have a video blog game analysis thing planned out that's actually NOT about Five Nights (WOOHOO! Took me long enough) And I'm looking forward to delving into the world of The Legend of Zelda!
So yeah, that's my quick update for today. I have nothing else to say so thanks so much for reading, and I'll see you next time! Stay awesome everybody!

Obviously I'm afraid of Flies
I found this one on Steam as well, noticing a pattern yet? Yeah, I play a lot of games from Steam. Oh well, it's a great place to find games.
Anyway, the entire point of this game is to f*** s*** up. (I only censored because I forgot if I censored my other posts or not. If I haven't or if I haven't cursed yet, then from now on I'm not censoring unless it's requested)
At the beginning of the game you're told a short story about how you're getting home from years abroad when you're rudely interrupted by an annoying buzzing sound. Behold! The majestic fly! It has taken abode in you house while you have been away.
Unfortunately, you're also either completely psych bonkers, or you don't own a fly swatter. Maybe a mix of both..who knows? But now it has become your sole mission to kill this poor fly, using whatever you can, including (but not limited to) wine bottles, sofa pillows, frying pans, and flat screen televisions.
In the process of killing said fly, you also probably messed up your apartment really badly. But who really cares, you got that annoying fly!! So that goes down as a win in your books!
This is both a great stress relieving, and a stress inducing game. The controls are a bit wonky, in the sense they don't always do what you want them to. You move using the standard WASD setup and jump with Space, and you look around with the move and pick thing's up/"throw them" using the mouse. The quotation marks there are supposed to make that extremely sarcastic. When you throw an object using the mouse click, it's like the person has the arm strength of your common field mouse. Or maybe a door jam..I can't tell. But not, to actually throw things with any real momentum, you need to slide your mouse so the player spins, and the object he's holding is forcibly ripped from his hands. So it's interesting to try to aim at the fly.
Right now, I'm not sure how I would rate this game. It is a lot of fun, but I can't really figure out how one progresses through the different levels, but that might just be me being stupid. For ten bucks, at the moment I can't say whether or not it's worth it. At $5 I'd say yes it was definitely worth it, but $10 is a different story. Once I can figure out how to advance through the levels, I'll probably say that it's worth it.
This had been another Mythical Review! Thanks for reading, and I'll see you next time!
..now excuse me, gotta kill this spider.
.......I got it!

Grimm News
Hello everybody and welcome to another Mythical Review! Today we're taking a look at another free game (I'm a cheap bastard, sue me) called Grimm. The premise of this game is that one of the two Grimm brothers is teleported into the world of his stories, but as they are now. Not the dark, twisted version that he helped write. And obviously he's not very happy that, and I wouldn't be either! That's like someone rewriting my blog, but making it completely serious!
Through the game, you're playing as this Grimm brother (although I nicknamed him the smelly dwarf) and you're trying to ruin all the happy gooey-ness and bring the story back to it's original version. And you do this by walking around, making things "smelly," "stinky," "nasty," "putrid," etc. etc.
The game play itself is pretty entertaining, because there's a lot of ambiance and such from NPC characters and even yourself, so it's not like you're sitting there in silence. Plus there are a lot of funny things that are said by everyone, either just randomly or situationally. (One level was at a school playground and the kids would run from the Smelly Dwarf shouting "The smelly man is back!")
However, it can get pretty dark. There are people that are hanged, and a man that is burned, all for the story line. There is also a light amount of blood content, although not realistic blood, so make sure you're prepared if you decide to play it.
Overall, although it is a sinister game, it won me over with it's silliness so I would recommend trying this game out yourself. Who knows, you might learn some things about your favorite story at the same time.
This has been another Mythical Review. Thanks again for reading, and stay awesome!
100 Page views. Achievement and Announcement.
What I'm doing to celebrate 100 page views is I'm officially launching Myth Of Achilles, the YouTube channel! My first video is being uploaded now as I type this and I'm really excited for this. So far I've had a lot of fun blogging and sharing everything with you guys for the past few weeks and now I can actually say that I'm sharing even more because I'm sharing my game play footage on YouTube now!
I'm definitely still planning on blogging though so make sure to pop in here every now and again to see what's new here. Quite honestly, I'll probably update this page more than I'll upload at the moment mainly due to lack of time to record. But I'll figure it all out!
Thanks for reading, and as always I'll see you next time! Keep smiling!
....oh and if you're interested, here's the link to my video. It's nothing spectacular, but I found it fun.

Lax Day
So today didn't really go as I expected. I wanted to get up early and play a few games, and also do some more research into the next in-depth post I've been working on.
Now I have two bits of bad news. The first is that the in-depth analysis I've been working on is another Five Nights' one.
...I know, I know. I can hear you all groaning, and I think there were three of you in the back that cheered.
I understand that I've been doing a lot about this one game series, but I haven't really figured out what else to research. Feel free to give me ideas. I'm open to anything.
The second bit of bad news is that I ended up sleeping in until I had to leave for work so I didn't get a chance to do any work for my blog or my YouTube channel I'm starting in the near future.
Pretty much all I'm posting today, instead of game stuff, is an excuse for why I don't have game stuff. And a lame one at that. So I hope you'll forgive me. Hopefully I'll have something good for tomorrow.
Well thanks for reading and accepting my lame ass excuse. And I'll see you next time!

Dismount Disaster
I'm an idiot, and other announcements.
That means I can start recording soon! ..Once this sore throat goes away. Don't worry. It's not contagious, through the computer at least. So you're safe. Any one around me, no so much. Mwahahaha!
So my plan of action is to have my first videos be montages of games like Turbo Dismount and Happy Wheels, but also not Happy Wheels because I don't like that game and it seems to be losing popularity.
Then after a few montage videos I'll actually start on "Play Through's." And I'm still planning to keep blogging so keep popping in here every now and again to see what's new.
I'll make an announcement when my channel officially goes up.
In other news, my page is almost at 100 pageviews (not followers, that I have 1 of officially) and I wanna do something special once it hits 100. I'm not quite sure what, but I definitely wanna do something.
Thanks for reading, I look forward to entertaining you! Stay awesome, and I'll see you next time!

There will be only one method of voting, and that is a Question Poll that will be at the top of my blog and I will change the question every Monday to update for the new showdown and announce the previous winner.
...Okay...I think that's about it. Any questions, about this or anything in general feel free to email me or contact me on instagram!
Get voting, and I'll see you next time!

Ninja-B-Gone
....either that or it'll just annoy them until they leave you alone. One or the other. Either way you get rid of your ninja problem!
The game that I speak of is One Finger Death Punch, not to be confused with Five Finger Death Punch. One is a metal band and the other is a rockin' game!
For five dollars on steam you can get perhaps one of the most fun game I have ever played as of right now. It is the best stress reliever! And I haven't even really touched that much of the campaign yet. I've mainly been playing survival but it is so fun!
Pretty much you're a stick man fighting other stick men, and you use the left and right mouse buttons to attach in one direction or the other. You can also pick up enemy weapons which will extend your attack range a little. And the finally surprise is there are "Brawlers" which when you attack, you're given a pattern on-screen to follow with the mouse buttons which reminds me of guitar hero.
Playing this game is by far one of the best times I've had playing a video game. So if you have five dollars to spare, I would completely recommend going and checking this out! Now excuse me, I gotta go back to beating up two-dimensional figures.
This has been another Mythical Review, thanks for reading and I'll see you next time! Peace out!

It was still Foxy
Your argument was that Foxy and all of the old animatronics would have been in the parts/services room and wouldn't have been let out. This does make sense since these animatronics were taken out of public use and were used for parts after retrofitting them with some of the newer technology.
However, just because they were pushed aside doesn't mean they have to follow the rules. Here's a transcript of Phone Guy telling you that because they're the older models that they shouldn't be able to walk around. Obviously they can since they are characters that continuously try to get to you. So they get out of the parts/services room at night, who's to say that Foxy didn't get out during the day at one point and bit someone's head? So I still say that this is the most likely scenario.
I'm sorry for another day of Five Nights, I really wanted to do another review today, but I had no time to test any game and right now, it's 1:08am so I'm just using this since I already had it all ready to go. I'm getting tired of Five Nights, I'm still planning on solving the entire thing outright, but I need a break. So either tomorrow, or most likely the next day (I might disappear tomorrow due to a busy schedule but I'll try not to!) anyway one day or the other I'll hopefully have another game review, hopefully something relaxing, that won't give me nightmares. (Even though this hasn't really given me any nightmares.)
Anyway this has been another in-depth game analysis, though not as deep as usual. Thanks for reading, I'm going to sleep now so I'll see you all next time!

The Bite of '87..Who dunnit?
And in the end....the butler did it!!
I'm sorry..I just really wanted to say that. I actually wasn't the butler. There isn't even a butler to have done it. But there is a pirate who certainly seems guilty..
We're first introduced to the Bite of '87 in the first Five Nights by the Phone Guy.
The fact that it happened while the animatronics were allowed to walk around during the day points to the idea that the Bite occurs during the week that Five Nights 2 takes place.
So based on this knowledge we have a rough list of suspects who could be the culprit. Any of the characters from Five Nights 2, listed below.
Now we have ten suspects as to who it could be, now to narrow them down.
It's fairly obvious that it couldn't have been Bonnie, being that Bonnie is missing an upper jaw, and for a similar reason we can eliminate Chica since it appears that Chica's mouth is frozen open, which would take away any biting ability. Similarly, Balloon Bit....Balloon Boy's mouth is too small to bite into someone's head.
That leaves us with seven possibly culprits, Freddy, Foxy, any of the Toy characters, Mangle, and Golden Freddy. But looking at calls from Phone Guy in the second game can narrow it even farther.
This particular call is a lot of reading to do, but I'm not interested in the entire thing. What I'm interested in is the second half of the call.
At this point in the game it is implied that the Bite of '87 has already occurred and that there's a lot going on trying to sort out the legal issues. What interests me is the fact that to sort out these issues, the owners of the original restaurant. This fact would seemingly point to the idea that it's one of the older animatronics that is the guilty party. So updating our suspect list now we only have 3 possible culprits.
Freddy, Foxy, and Golden Freddy.
The next character we can cross off of our list is Golden Freddy. The reasoning behind this elimination is that Golden Freddy is actually not an animatronic.
And this phone call on night six proves it. Golden Freddy is obviously a yellow colored Freddy suit so it would make sense that this would actually just be a person in the suit. (I have a theory on who it might be and will talk about that next time I go in-depth)
More proof of this point is Golden Freddy's posture when he appears in the office. He's slumped over, and very limp. Almost like a dead body. Taking info from Five Nights 3, we know there are two special animatronics that double as suits, utilizing spring locks to keep the animatronic parts out of the way. I've come to the conclusion that Springtrap is actually the spring lock suit of Bonnie which means that Golden Freddy would likely be the second. It makes sense that these two would be the spring lock suits because they're both a yellowish gold rather than what we know as the normal color for them, because these two we're actually made at the same time. So Golden Freddy is actually a dead body, killed by faulty spring locks, and also a decommissioned animatronic that shouldn't be able to escape a secret boarded up room inside of the pizzeria.
This leaves Freddy and Foxy as our two main suspects. I went back to the first Five Nights game to see if I could dig up an clues in the phone calls or even the animatronics themselves but no such luck. Truth be told, I realized that the animatronics in the first Five Nights actually are not the same ones that are in Five Nights 2. The main difference I notices was that in the first game, you can't see the endoskeleton's teeth. So with no direct clues left in the games I did some more research on that first phone call. Mainly, this exact line.
From this one statement we can tell that whoever was attacked, lived and lost a majority of their frontal lobe. So I went and looked up relative lobe sizes.
This picture here is the best that I found and sheds a lot of light on the capabilities our attacker must have had.
The frontal lobe takes up the front of the brain (DUH!) but more than that, it goes halfway back into the head. And to warrant the comment above, again, a majority of that lobe must have been taken off. And this leads us to the conclusion that our attacker had to have a mouth long enough to allow for a 5 inch long bite.
With my estimation for Freddy's snout around 3 or 4 inches long, while he would be able to do a lot of damage, he would not be able to completely remove the frontal lobe. Besides, with his flat teeth, he would crush the frontal lobe more than separate it, so we can eliminate Freddy.
That leaves us with only one final suspect for the Bite of '87. The pirate. Foxy the animatronic pirate finally lost it and bit some's face off. He could separate the frontal lobe as well, with my estimation for his snout being around 7 inches long, and his sharp, canine-like teeth it would have been easy for him.
So while it may be Five Nights at Freddy's, it turns out that Foxy is the real murderous villain of them all. The rest of them are just wannabes.
Well this has been another in-depth game analysis, I'd love to hear about your proof for or against what I said. Thanks for reading and I'll see you next time!

Five Nights' Timeline
I HAVE NO CLUE! Feel free to quote me if you want, or better yet, prove me wrong, but unless I say it is true, do not take what I say as fact. It is merely me theorizing.
However this is not the case. Taking a second look at the second installment, you're paid again on November twelfth. Looking back to November 1987, we see that November Twelve 1987 was actually a Thursday. This makes sense for the game because then the extra sixth night would be taking place on Friday the thirteenth. SpooOOookyYYyyy!
This also tells us that The Fazbear company hands out paychecks on Thursdays rather than Fridays and if they continued that trend all the way until the time that the first installment is happening then that changes our date. Instead of looking for when November twelfth is a Friday, we're looking for when November twelfth is a Thursday and re-checking the calendar we find that 1992 is when November twelfth was a Thursday and is the only year in our window that this happened. Therefore it is more likely that the first installment happened in 1992.
Also I'm thinking of doing more posts like this in the future, let me know what you think!
Too scared to even play it...brave beware, you're in for a scare.
I get panicky very easily while playing horror games, it's just who I am. And I know it's hilarious to watch me get panicky which is why I'll play them once I set up my YouTube channel but until then I'll let other people panic in my stead so I don't have a heart attack.
Back to the review now, how many of you people know this adorable cuddle face?
Does it seem familiar? Does it bring back memories of fear and tears? It should, and if it doesn't then it will if you play the game.
This is the face of none other than Freddy Fazbear. The friendly, murderous face of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, which is a digital ripoff of Chuck E. Cheese probably.
The name of the games are all Five Night's at Freddy's and you always play as a security guard who probably couldn't find any jobs other than to sit and watch some really creepy animatronics who will actually end up trying to tear your face off.
..actually they try to stuff you into an animatronic suit. They try to stuff you into an animatronic suit that probably already has an animatronic skeleton inside of it which doesn't leave much room for you. Who am I kidding? It doesn't leave any room you you. You die.
There are already three installments of this game, each expanding on a story line that's been in place since the first game which I think is great. This game isn't just about making you wet yourself (which I totally did not do, just saying) this game also makes a point of giving the player, or watcher in my case since I only watched Markiplier playing through the game, but it gives them a story line to try and figure out exactly what the truth is behind these murderous mechanical machinations from the deepest pits of hell. (try saying that five times fast, I did and it didn't work well)
The jump scares are on point, some of the best jump scares I've seen in a horror game yet, and they get better as the series progresses. And there actually is a feeling of panic as you're playing. I played the second installment, or at least part of it, and my heart was pounding out of my chest every second of playing. It was amazing. Although I refuse to play it again, alone, without a camera pointed towards my face.
So in the end I give Freddy Fazbear a five out of Five Nights. (CLEVER PUN! WOOHOO!) Go check it out and try not to accidentally soil your pants.

Spore, monster maker.
Hello and welcome to this Mythical Review. I'm MythOfAchilles and if this is your first time here then welcome! I hope you stick around, maybe join the party. It's lots of fun. If you're a returning reader then tell the newcomers how fun the party is here!
...focus, this isn't at all what I'm here to talk about..
Back on track now!
Today I'm reviewing a game called Spore. It is a very interesting game, similar in a way to a game I've previously reviewed, Robocraft.
What you do is build yourself a creature, then eat stuff to grow. You can either eat other creatures and make them fear you (my personal favorite) or you can eat grassy greens. (Booorrrring) As you grow you gain different attributes just like an evolving species and you can remake your creature (or when I play, abomination) as often as you'd like up until a certain point in the evolutionary chain.
Unfortunately the most online interaction between players is that they can share what their creatures and other builds look like, but that's it. And that's why it's fun to play with other people around. My favorite thing to do is to make one of my abominations and call my brother over. Once I make a creature with legs instead of ears and no arms and it walked upright, and when my brother saw it he just shouted, "What's wrong with it?!" I'd show you a picture of the creature but I unfortunately don't have the pictures anymore.
So you've heard my only negative about the game, the lack of online interactions, but overall it is a great and hilarious game about evolution and protecting your species. And some really funny stories can be made from playing with friends. So if you're bored on a Saturday afternoon or something, it'd be worth your time to download Spore and just give it a try.
This has been another (and semi shorter) Mythical Review. Thanks for reading and I'll see you next time.

Story time? ...maybe.
No, there isn't a game called "Story time." Actually I have no idea. There might be. That could be a pretty awesome game! I'll have to look into it. But back to the point, I'm not actually reviewing a game today. Today I'm actually recruiting you all to help me! I want this to be an interactive blog.
So with that in mind and keeping to the theme of video games I want your stories! Maybe something funny happened while you were playing a MMO game. Or maybe something scared you in a game that was meant to make you laugh. Or maybe you just have an epic story to tell. I want your stories!
They can be real, or made up. (But please no creepypastas. If I wanted those I could find them myself.) By made up I mean maybe there's a character in a game that you really like so you write a story with them as the main character. Whatever floats your goat really.
Just like this really.
....I just really love this picture, but can you blame me?
Anywho, yeah so I'll contribute my own stories sometimes but I want your stories too! So feel free to contact me on instagram @mythofachillegram or just leave a comment on one of my posts!
Thanks for reading and until next time, keep trying to be as cool as this goat.

Impressed with Ingress
It's called Ingress and it is perhaps one of the most unique games I have ever played. There's an elaborate back-story that I know almost nothing about but If you like playing RPG games for the lore then you have that. But my favorite thing about it is the technology that it uses.
DISCLAIMER: This is a mobile game. It can only be played on mobile devices. Emulators will work, maybe, but not well.
The reason this is strictly a mobile game is also because of the technology that this uses. This game taps into your phone's GPS location to play. And I'll get back to this later.
The idea of this game is basically capture the flag, mixed in with squares. Do you remember squares? It was a game where you would connect dots and if you made a square then you would get one point. It looked something like this...
And the red square is one point to the red player.
Are you understanding at all?
I know, it is pretty confusing to hear about. So let me just keep rambling about this game.
The game uses your GPS to make the entire world into the game board with specific locations that act as flags to be captured and dots to connect and these specific locations can be anything of historical or societal value like statues, libraries, museums, etc.
I'm not really doing the game justice to just ramble on about it confusingly so just take my word for it that it is a very fun game and the best part is the to play, you don't stay in your room staring at a glowing computer monitor, you actually need to go out and move.
I would definitely recommend that people at least try this game out. No matter where you live it's a lot of fun.
Well this has been another Mythical review, thanks for reading and I'll see you next time!

Robocraft Review
...who knows..
Anywho today I reviewed a game right off of Steam's "Free to Play" list, because you know...I'm a cheapskate.. The name of this game is, as you've probably guessed by now, Robocraft.
It might sound like a cheap ripoff of Minecraft with robots but it actually isn't. Going into the game I totally expected it to be just like Minecraft just because of the name but I have to admit, I was blown away. The were only slight similarities to Minecraft, and even those were most likely coincidence and/or completely necessary.
Robocraft is a game about building robots and then playing games of capture the base with them, while also blowing up other people's robots. The only feature similar to Minecraft is that when you're building your robot, you use blocks, called "cubes" in game to build them. But that seems kind of necessary to the game so I believe it is not ripping off Minecraft.
The game play is superb, with barely any lag on the server end of playing and my computer was actually able to handle running everything really well with only 4GB of RAM.
My only complaint is the tutorial system. Actually, more like the lack of one. Upon entering the game I didn't receive any tutorial messages and was mostly left to figure out how to do everything on my own. I think the game gave me some minor tips here or there but overall the tutorial system could use a serious remake.
I lied. I have another complaint actually. But you'll need some game knowledge for it so here we go. Robots are graded on their quality and placed into tiers. It is a confusing system sometimes but once you realize how it works it becomes easier. But that's not my complaint. My complaint is that to unlock higher quality items for your robot, which in turn would help it rise through the tiers, you use what's called "Tech Points." It seems simple enough. But it isn't. Tech Points have Tiers themselves and to unlock higher Tier items you need to gain higher Tier Tech Points. And you only get Tech Points that are of the Tier that your robot is. I find it confusing and too difficult. You may not and if not then good for you. I'm obviously not as smart as you.
Other than those two things this is a very fun game. I don't really have a scale to put it on, so let me put it this way, if my friend was looking for some way to spend his night and he had nothing to do at all, I would recommend this game to him as of right now. So maybe it's worth your time to go check out.
This has been another Mythical Review, thanks for reading and I'll see you next time!

Gaming Forum
So in looking for the cheapest answer to my lack of gaming computer In have joined an online gaming community forum called Revolution of Gaming.
That's about it for this post. My well of creativity has pretty much dried up for today. I don't even have a game to review. Don't be mad at me please...
I said please...
.....
Sorry! Geez. I'll hopefully be better tomorrow.
Well thanks for reading and I'll see you next time!

Shadow in the shadows
...Promise?
I'm taking your silence as a yes so here it is....I like card games.
Hey! You promised not to make fun of me!! Yes, laughing at me playing card games counts as making fun of me!
....
Now that you're done laughing, I hope, I can continue.
I'm not one of those people that plays Magic or is completely obsessed by the game I play but I do dabble in a few card games. The main one being Shadow Era. It is a trading card game, but it is free to play online and if you're patient, unlike me, you won't have to spend any money to play it. It's easy to learn and there actually is a lot of strategy behind every single game of Shadow Era you play.
As with many games, there is an online community and this community is one of the best gaming communities I have ever seen. So if you do join Shadow Era, you'll have an amazing community to help you learn it even faster than learning on your own.
The only negative thing I have to say about this game is that, at least in my experience, it takes an obscenely long time for them to release an expansion pack for the game. But I've heard that after this next expansion that they'll will be releasing new content at a faster pace.
So once again this have been a Mythical game review, thanks for reading and I will see you next time!

I'm gonna need help. Comment please!!
......ok thanks! :)
Once again, thanks for reading and I'll see you again real soon.
Finally, a game.
The game we're talking about this time is called "Gentlemen Dispute."
Just a heads up, this picture may be a little edited.
Anyway I downloaded this game and decided to play it with my little brother. THIS GAME NEEDS TWO PLAYERS. It doesn't even have a single player option. But what it lacks in the necessity of having social interaction, it makes up for in being a rip roaring good time all around. As we played we felt it was a rule that our usual trash talk had to be done in an old London accent and instead of our usual insults we used stereotypical British insults. It just added to the game.
Another area this game was sorely lacking in was control. The game handled just fine, but the layout itself is a bit awkward. If you don't have game controllers to plug in to your computer then player one has to use a,d, and b to move around and v to attack and player two has to use the left and right arrows and p to move around and o to attack. It just feels awkward to play.
Other than that this game leads to a simply smashing time! Puns abound and good times all around.
Hope you enjoyed and thanks for reading! I'll see you next time!

Refocusing...on day three
DON'T TURN AROUND!!!
...
...
You turned around, didn't you?
HAH! You so did! I fooled you! ..I hope..that would be pretty awkward if there actually was a monster waiting to grab you. If there was a monster there then I'm sorry!
Anywhoodles, I realized that if I want this to be any good I should probably focus, like I wanted to at the beginning. I just happened to get distracted and brought my own personal, non-gaming life into the mix. I'll just start another blog to rant on so that you all can ignore my ranting in peace! If you're interested in me as a person then here is that blog. mylifeasmyth.blogspot.com
You're welcome.
From now on, this blog is to be about gaming, and my progress towards actually starting my account on YouTube.
..also possibly my career as a professional unicorn. Not sure yet.
Have a monster free day and thanks for reading! I'll see you next time!!
Perks of being financially handicapped.
Had I unlimited funds, I would have gone and bought myself an Alienwa....Am I allowed to use brand names here? I dunno so to be safe, I would have bought a hergendurg computer immediately because they were the ones I had heard about so I figured they were the best. Low and behold I found computers by this great company called Asu....I mean flingerderger that work just as well, and if not better. They're also a lot cheaper.
Being poor saved me money! It might save me more!
...That's a weird thought...I gotta think on this..
Well thanks for reading..again...until next time, eat your school, do your vegetables, and stay in drugs! Peace!
One day...what!?!
...I'll sleep on it...or not! I guess it's okay cause I mean Almost everything that went badly today is a temporary problem so I won't have to deal with it.
Rant over, you can go back to your previous state of ignoring me now!
Thanks for reading, and I'll see you again soon!

Why is it Day One?
Computers use great logics, yes they use logics as opposed to logic. Computers need all the logics. And one of those logics makes computers count starting at zero rather than one. Now, I'm not a cyborg, yet though that would be awesome, so I'm not part computer. However I do dabble in computer programming.
....NERD!!!!
Come on, we were all thinking it. Hell, even I'm not above calling myself a nerd about that. Anyway because of this I now count beginning at zero. Just a fun fact. Thought some people might care..if not feel free to yell at me about how I'm wasting your time....I'm sorry I did that!
Until next time, thanks for reading and I'll see you soon!
Day One of MoA
Recently my car broke down. The brake lines rusted through and for anyone who barely knows how cars work, the brake lines are what make your brakes work. And brakes are kind of important for driving. So today I had my friend come by and fix my brake lines and I helped him when I could and kept him company when I couldn't. Now I'm freezing. But it's my own damn fault.
Anywho, I have a car again now, and I'll have at least a few hours free tomorrow so I'll work more towards making MoA a bit more of an actual thing on the interwebs. Until then thanks for reading and I'll see you again soon!

And so it begins..
I've never really been one to put myself out there....but I guess now's as good a time as any! I'm going to need to if I'm gonna do what I plan on doing..
Sooooo......
HI EVERYBODY! I'm MythOfAchilles but if it's easier to remember you can call me Will. This is where my story begins. Writing a blog in the attempt to become sociable. Sounds fascinating I know! I can tell you're sitting there completely riveted by my absolute nonsense of rambling. ...you're not? Well I'm sorry I'm not that entertaining yet!! I'll get there!! Jeez..everyone's so harsh nowadays.
Anywhoodles (pronounced "Any" + "Who" + the ending of "Noodles") as I was saying this is where my story begins. Up until recently I had no idea what I really wanted to do. Sure I know I want to make stuff but how specific is that really? You can make lots of stuff. You can make games, or make robots, or make food, or make love...point is I had no clue what I wanted to make. But now I think I know what it is and to explain it I'll need to back up to before the beginning of this story.
FLASHBACK ANIMATION
Sorry, it wasn't in the budget to put in an actual animation, or even a real flashback so I'll just talk some more. YouTube is a great place for people who want to make stuff. I mean the name for people who post to YouTube is "Creators," it doesn't get better than that for me. But for as much as I wanna make stuff, I'm lazy. I've tried joining the YouTube scene before. I failed. I tried making a comedy channel called "The Nameless Show," but that's a story for another time. Point is, that show was scripted (or should have been) and I didn't have the time or patience to do that properly. Now to how this leads the the beginning of this story.
I still believe that YouTube is where I belong. But keeping in mind that a scripted show is not for me, and I'm no good at free style rants, I've decided to join another sector of the YouTube universe, gamers. I'm already into online gaming and I'm very silly, ask anyone that knows me, so I feel gaming on YouTube would work well for my creative spirit.
I don't ever actually believe that I'll be paid to making gaming videos on YouTube and that's not my end goal either. My goal is to have fun, that's it. I just want to have fun being my silly self and making something for others to enjoy. Well hopefully enjoy. My secondary goal is to have anyone who stumbles across my videos to enjoy them and maybe even giggle once or twice. I want to have fun and let other people have fun too. That's all. I'm not some Greedy McGreedypants! Gosh I felt the judgement all the way through my keyboard!
But I digress...
To sum up this post for anyone who happens to skip the bulk of this, hi I'm MythOfAchilles and I'm looking to start a gaming YouTube channel but just for fun. But due to financial stuffs it'll be awhile before I get a proper gaming setup so it may be awhile before it starts and in the mean time I'll be running this blog to work on my social skills. Yeah I think that about sums it up.
Thanks for reading and I'll see you again soon.
P.S. I swear it'll get better than this garbage!
